Biography

Mr. Scaringelli is an Associate Attorney at Andrew M. Wolfenson, Esq., P.C. His practice focuses on all Litigation matters including, but not limited to, civil cases, domestic violence and Criminal and Municipal Court matters. Mr. Scaringelli has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of cases. Mr. Scaringelli works tirelessly to advocate for his clients while creatively attempting to solve their problems prior to trial. Should a solution favorable to his client not be reached, Mr. Scaringelli possess the knowledge and skills to effectively represent his clients at trial.

Previously, he worked as an Associate Attorney representing employers and professionals in all phases of litigated matters in State and Federal Courts, as well as administrative proceedings. After law school, Mr. Scaringelli clerked for the presiding Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court Criminal Division in Mercer County, the Honorable Peter E. Warshaw, Jr. and worked as a paralegal in the Asset Recovery and Financial Litigation Unit at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Throughout law school, Mr. Scaringelli advocated for victims of domestic violence as a student leader at Rutgers Law School Domestic Violence Project and interned at the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office.
